Susanna Gwen Patterson graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in May 2010 with an LL.M. in Taxation and a Certificate in Estate Planning. She graduated in 2009 cum laude from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, where she served on the law review. Prior to law school, Susanna received her bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Kentucky, focusing on the Antebellum South. Though her degree is from Kentucky, she completed the majority of her undergraduate work at Texas Tech University and is an avid Red Raider football fan.
Susanna has lived in Germany, Kentucky, New Mexico, Ohio, Texas, and Virginia. However, she fell in love with Middle Georgia as small child when her father was stationed at Robins Air Force Base and has chosen to make this her home. She is actively involved at First Presbyterian Church. In her spare time Susanna enjoys reading, cooking, baseball, and spending time with family and friends.
