David McCain joined Sell and Melton as an associate in 2007 and primarily practices in the area of civil litigation.
David was born in Decatur, Georgia; however, he grew up in Macon where he graduated from First Presbyterian Day School. Following high school, David attended the University of Georgia where he received a B.B.A. in Accounting. David received his J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law where he graduated cum laude. During law school, David was elected by the student body to serve as Chief Justice of the law school’s Honor Court. David was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in November of 2007.
In his spare time, David enjoys traveling and playing tennis with his wife, Elizabeth, playing golf, and visiting with family and friends.
David is an active member of the Uptown Macon Rotary Club and served as Secretary for the Bons Hommes in 2006.
